Precinova

One place to run the business

Precinova Platform is the internal system for Precinova, Blue Photon and the dealer network. It replaces the coordination spreadsheet, the scattered WhatsApp threads and the “who was following that up?” — with one place where every enquiry, project, quote, kit and dealer conversation lives.

Everyone sees their own work. Dealers see their own business and nobody else's. Nothing that happens can be quietly undone.

Winning the work

From a card collected at an exhibition to a purchase order.

Leads
Capture an enquiry in under a minute — photograph a visiting card and the details fill themselves in. Choose the city and the platform suggests which dealer's territory it falls in.
Projects
The spine everything hangs off. Each one carries a nickname, the customer's part number, who owns it, and where it stands. Search finds it by either name.
Pipeline
Twelve stages from Inquiry through Data received, Prototype, Quotation, Demo, PO received, Dispatched, to Won or Lost. Projects move any direction — real deals go backwards.
Notes that answer "where does this stand?"
Dated notes against the stage they were written at, each with an optional next action, interleaved with stage moves so it reads as one story. The latest one shows on the project list without opening anything.
Quotations
Build from the catalogue, revise with full history, print or PDF. Dealers automatically quote at list price while seeing their own cost.
Customers & contacts
Every company and person, with a searchable exhibition database you can import from a spreadsheet. Re-importing the same file is safe — duplicates merge rather than pile up.

Getting it done

The part that replaces the spreadsheet and the WhatsApp group.

Task board by person
One column per person, so you can see at a glance that one is carrying eleven things and another two. Drag a card to hand it over.
Inside a task
Checklists with progress, a comment thread, file attachments, a start date as well as a due date. "Dispatch a kit" is six steps, not one line.
@ someone, anywhere
Mention a colleague in a task comment or a project note. Tick a box and it also becomes a real task assigned to them, with a due date.
One inbox
Everything said to you lands in Messages on your dashboard, whether it was written on a task or a project. It clears when you read it.
Dashboard as a work queue
Not charts — the six things actually waiting on somebody: drawings not received, quotes gone quiet, approvals pending, kits out late, new leads, your overdue tasks.
Calendar with clash warnings
Day-level scheduling across demos, visits, travel, installation and training. Two commitments for one person on one day gets flagged. It warns; it never blocks.

Working with dealers

Thirty-three cities, each seeing only their own business.

Separate by design
Each dealer sees their own customers, projects and people — enforced in the database itself, not by hiding things in the screen. A shared project is visible to both sides, but each side sees only its own team.
The weekly review
Opens with the agenda already built from that dealer's live projects. Both sides write their own column and neither can edit the other's. Actions become real tasks. Replaces the coordination spreadsheet.
Google Meet, minuted
Schedule the meeting from the review. The transcript and notes are pulled back automatically afterwards and attached — no one has to remember to write it up.
Agreements & transfer pricing
Dealer and business agreements filed per dealer. Transfer prices visible only to those specifically allowed, on both sides.
Territories
By state, with city-level carve-outs. New enquiries route themselves — and you can always override.

Hardware, money and control

Demo kits
Which kit is where, what's in it, who has it booked. Plan a demo by product and city and it ranks the kits that can serve it, transit time included.
Dispatch with a photo check
Photograph the packed kit and the contents are counted against the packing list. It proposes; a person confirms. Both are recorded.
Expenses
Photograph the receipt and the amount, vendor and date fill in. You check the numbers before saving. Corrections create a new entry — nothing is quietly overwritten.
Approvals
Discounts, large expenses, big orders and long kit journeys route for a decision against thresholds you set.
Targets & insights
Targets by financial year, per person or per dealer, against actuals. Which lead sources convert, why deals are lost, which products move.
Document vault
Drawings, models, agreements, brochures, service videos — searchable, including inside the documents. Restricted files can be limited to named people, and every opening is logged permanently.
An audit trail nobody can edit
Every change is recorded, and the record cannot be altered or deleted by anyone — including the owner. Enforced by the database, not by policy.

Reaching people

Segmented campaigns
Email your contact database filtered by state, city, exhibition or sector — the local list for a local show, everyone for a national one. Choose which address it comes from.
Reminders that chase for you
Overdue tasks, quotes with no reply, drawings still awaited, kits not returned. One message a day per person, worst first — on email and Telegram. You set every threshold.
Works on a phone
Installs to the home screen like an app. Built for engineers logging a demo result standing next to the machine.
Help built in
Short written guides for each screen, filtered to your role, reachable from anywhere.

Being switched on

Built, but waiting on an account, a key or a price list. Listed so nobody is surprised.

Product pricing
The catalogue is live but every product is still at ₹0 until the price list is loaded.
Marketing email
Built and tested; needs the sending domain verified before the first campaign.
Telegram
Built; needs the bot connected.
Card, receipt and kit-photo reading
Built and dormant until an AI key is added.
Offline
The app opens without signal. Saving while offline does not work yet.
